Frozen Animations

I dont know if I have noticed this on my non Fem Draenei toons or not but I have noted it on Valisha a few times. I will be in the middle of what I am sure to be auto attack but for some reason I dont see my toon moving but I will see my windfury proc and enemy mobs health going down so I know I am attacking but I dont see Val move. Have any of the rest of you seen this type of thing before?
