Well at this time only 3 individuals have access to upload images excluding myself. Would like to have one of them or perhaps a designated officer appointed by the justicars. That way they can get familiar with the process. Give it a few days, if it's not up by then I will do it.

Was our Progression forum open to all members to post in the old forum or just officer+ ? Dont remember.

There was a progression thread stating that was where we could post videos/screenshots. At the top were stickies updating our progress in various dungeons, which Bridelm, or other officers as I was later told, could post in. Below that, anyone could make a new topic. That's where I would nag Bridelm to update the stickies :sorry:

I also posted screenies of our 25 and 10 man bosses in the non-sticky section.

I could not upload photos though, I'm not sure who could. I had mine hosted on photobucket. I just posted them because it seemed no one else was posting them anywhere. The last screenie we had on the front page, besides Gorwyn and his awesome drake, was of Illidan.
