LF Frost Wyrm Flask

Can anyone make the frost wyrm flask? I have been getting them from the AH @>20g each x 3 for raid nights.

I can make them also...elixir specced also. I would think buying the mats is cheaper than buying the flasks themselves, I don't know, and then there's the chance to get extras if we make them

5 x ICETHORN
5 x LICHBLOOM
1 x FROST LOTUS
1 X ENCHANTED VIAL

I'm an Elixir Master so at the least I make 2x for each batch. In addition, I can make up to 4x with each flask I make. Don't know if the others who've posted here are Elixir Masters or not but you'll get, at least, twice the bang for your buck.
