I was just whispered in game by Darrgo and Trebersacred to say that they can't log in at all.... any suggestions what I should advise them to do (aside from try when guildees with more knowledge about the changes than I have are present?)

Have them follow the instructions via the announcement for clearing cache. If its a registration problem then it could be the e-mail address (results in an error). I have a pretty large ban-list going atm! :D

When Darg tries to login it says 'wrong user name' and there is no code at the bottom. Does that help narrow down the problem at all?

I don't believe he has a user name. The old user database wasn't transfered so he'll have to register.
